Living room

Photo of living room and kitchen bar.  Both rooms have tile floors.  Leather couch and loveseat rock or recline if you need to put your feet up after a hard day of watching the waves roll in and watch a little tv or surf the web.  The living room has a 42 inch tv with Brighthouse cable & WIFI, a ceiling fan to keep the air moving, and a couple of manatees under the coffee table to keep you company during the commercials.  The open kitchen and bar area has a nice view into the living room and out over the ocean so if you are fixing up some lunch, or cleaning up after supper it still feels like a vacation paradise.

Its florida on a sunny day so its really bright outside!

Kitchen 1
This is the view out from the kitchen area.  It has a double stainless sink with garbage disposal, plenty of under cabinet storage.  Pots, pans, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, glasses, plates, bowls, etc. Everything you need to complete meals just like at home if you are planning that route.  Kings seafood is about 3 miles north below the Dunlawton bridge on the north side.  They fish every night and have a very good selection straight off the boat.  Florida pink shrimp, rock shrimp, yellow fin tuna, mahi mahi, triggerfish, and several other saltwater favorites.  They will filet, cut, and package fresh what you want with some ice if you bring in a small cooler for transport.  The hard part is deciding if you want to boil the shrimp, fry them, or take them downstairs to the charcoal grills in the yard by the ocean for skewer and grill.

Kitchen 2
This is another picture in the kitchen looking out its entrance.  As you can see there is a dishwasher, no, not the one you brought with you, the electric one there under the cabinet.  Also a microwave for those quick warm up tasks.

There is a 4 burner electric range with oven too, toaster, & coffee maker.

GE washer/dryer unit in utility closet by the entry door.  This closet also has the units water heater and central air unit.  Our unit has its own hvac system with a digital thermostat.  You can control the temperature of the unit just like at home.  The entry door has a regular locking knob, a keyed deadbolt, and a chain lock.  To access the common walkway for the entry doors by elevator a key to the elevator lobby is also required.  Security is also enhanced by the cameras around the property.  Ponce Inlet also has its own police department patrolling the town.
