CMS offers a complete welding and fabrication service for customers who need welded products such as machine frames or fixture construction. We have mig / tig / stick capability as well as oxygen fuel cutting, plasma cutting, and sawing equipment. We also offer a 36 inch Blanchard grinding capability for grinding the surfaces of plasma cut burnouts.

In todays world of “hurry up and get it done machining” waiting for burnouts from a steel vendor can stop a good delivery time in its tracks. Our in house Blanchard grinding capability allows us to take our own plasma cut burnouts and finish grind them to thickness. If you need burnouts cut and ground for assembly fixtures or machining fixtures we can help. Our machine has a 30 inch chuck and 36 inch capacity for grinding burnouts or sharpening die sections.

Our automatic horizontal cutoff saw can handle up to 12 x 16 rectangular stock in 24 ft lengths. It is conveyor fed and indexes the cutoff length using dual traversing
hydraulic vices. Fabrication accuracy starts with accurate raw stock cuts. Our saw will consistently hold within .02 inch when production cutting angle or flat bar stock insuring a good start to consistent fabrication.
We also have a DoAll 916 swivel band saw, small 4″ horizontal band saw, 12″ circular metal chop saw, and a 20″ DoAll vertical band saw for single piece cuts.
